„K2SO“ aus „Rogue One: A Star Wars Story“ von Jakks Pacific.

Zusammen mit SmashD habe ich die Figur ein wenig angepasst, die Augen und der Torso wurden in mühevoller Arbeit mit Lichtern bestückt. Dazu haben wir das Ding komplett auseinandergeschraubt und ein paar LEDs eingebaut. Der Aufwand hat sich aber gelohnt, das Ergebnis ist wirklich cool. ^__^

Die Figur ist etwa 50 cm groß und für den Preis von etwa 20 bis 25 € relativ gut verarbeitet. Schade ist nur, das sie sich kaum artikulieren lässt, das ist bei diesen Figuren von Jakks Pacific aber leider der Standard.

Tolle Figur von „Rise Kujikawa“ in der „Arabian Armor“ Variante. Sie stammt aus dem Videospiel „Persona 4: Dancing all Night“ (2015 PSVita), ist etwa 21 cm hoch und aus relativ solidem PVC gefertigt. Die Qualität ist der Hammer, die Details sind wirklich klasse, hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Preislich liegt diese Figur je nach Händler derzeit bei etwa 190,- bis 220,- €.

Der „First Order Snowtrooper“ aus STAR WARS: Episode VII „Das Erwachen der Macht“ von Jakks Pacific.
Im Film kommt dieser Trooper leider nur sehr kurz vor, außer in einer „deleted scene“ mit Kylo Ren auf dem Millenium Falcon. Das Design ist aber sehr cool, daher habe ich mir diese Figur auch zugelegt. Sie ist etwa 45 cm groß und für den Preis von etwa 20 bis 25 € relativ gut verarbeitet. Schade ist nur, das sie sich kaum artikulieren lässt, das ist bei diesen Figuren von Jakks Pacific aber leider der Standard.

Ein kleiner Überblick über die Warcraft-Figur „Sukkubus Dämon Amberlash“ von DC Unlimited. Die Figur wurde etwa 2011 von Blizzard veröffentlicht und ist mittlerweile, (so wie alle Warcraft-Figuren aus dieser Serie) sehr selten geworden.

Another wonderfully weird item from Poundland. A dummy CCTV camera complete with blinking LED. The sort of blinking LED that has „this is a fake CCTV camera“ written all over it.
Bizarrely, the LED is turned on and off by pressing the dome like a typical cupboard push-light. It flashes at a rate of about 0.5Hz. One second on and one second off. The two AA cells will probably last just a few weeks of continuous operation before the LED starts getting quite dim. But that’s OK, because it looks more realistic if the LED is not lit anyway. And it does look very realistic as a dome camera, complete with similar multi-section construction.

The LED is quite neat in that it has such a slow 50/50 flash rate. Very different to the usual flashing LEDs, and runs directly on the 3V supply.

Diese sehr coole Pinhead-Figur aus dem Film „Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth“ (1992) ist ca. 30 groß. Sie ist komplett aus Vinyl, nur die Nägel im Kopf sind aus Metall. Die Figur kann in unterschiedlichen Posen aufgestellt werden. Mit dabei ist die „Box“ mit der in den Filmen die Cenobiten aus der Hölle beschworen wurden. Ich habe die Figur auf der German Comic Con 2017 in Dortmund für knapp 35,- € bekommen – ein echtes Schnäppchen! Und die Qualität ist (wie bei eigentlich allen Mezco-Produkten) wirklich super.
