Dies wäre allein schon aufgrund der Befugnisse und der gesetzlichen Kompetenzlage nicht möglich, da nur das Rektorat zu einer formalen Außenvertretung der Universität berufen ist. Es handelt sich daher um Äußerungen, die nur der Freiheit der Lehre und Forschung des einzelnen Wissenschaftlers zuzurechnen sind.“

„Dem Rektorat stehen keine Möglichkeiten zu Gebote, namens der Universität als Arbeitgeberin den wissenschaftlichen Disput einzugreifen. Dem steht die im österreichischen Staatsgrundgesetz garantierte Freiheit der Wissenschaften und ihrer Lehre ebenso entgegen wie die Unmöglichkeit, als Rektorat in dem konkreten Wissenschaftsgebiet eine fachliche Stellungnahme abgeben zu können.“

But at $6,000, there are a lot of professionals that feel underserved by the base-model Mac Pro but find themselves needing more than what the iMac offers. There are also those who need the power of Mac Pro but want a less expensive version of the ProDisplay XDR. You know, one that doesn’t have a $1,000 stand.
